1. How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking link once it’s on the move.
Note: Some limited drops may take a little longer — we’d rather get it perfect than rush it.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yeah, we glow worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary depending on location, but we’ll show you the exact cost before checkout.

3. What’s your return policy?
If it ain’t right, we’ll make it right. You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return. The item just needs to be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

4. How do I find my size?
Check our Find Your Fit guide on each product page. We base everything on real fits — not those mystery numbers that shrink after one wash.

5. My order’s delayed — what now?
Sometimes carriers move slower than we do. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, hit us at support@glowfolk.com and we’ll help track it down.

6. Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces come back, some don’t. Follow us on socials or join the Glowlist for early drop alerts.
